Supporting the belief that “love conquers all,” United Kingdom King Edward VIII relinquished his power, married American socialite Wallis Simpson and the pair went on to reign as the Duke and Duchess of Windsor. This display showcases the coveted autographs of those Royal British subjects. Framed to 33-3/4 x 17-1/4” under black matting, a sheet of regally themed stationery is signed “Edward Duke of Windsor” (d.1976) and “Wallis Widsor” (d.1986). Both graphite pencil scriptings project (“8-9”) quality. Full photo LOA from JSA.
The display is accented by (2) 8x10 black-and-white photos, which flank the magnificent signatures.
